Where does your guys' oil pressure run at at cold and operating temperatures? The little line at the bottom of the gauge is 10lbs. and then it goes up by 20lbs. each line. Therefore, 2nd line is 30lbs. 3rd is 50lbs. etc etc. Anyways, once I get my car out on the highway and it is running at proper operating temperature and I'm at around 2500 rpm's, the oil pressure is only around 10-15lbs. It could be an oil pressure sending or recieving unit malfunction, but I'm assuming that the gauge is working properly. The pressure is at around 50lbs. when I first start her up in the morning. and then it drops as it warms. I just don't want to be damaging my brand spanking new engine because of insufficient oil pressure. Thanks for any input.
