Oil pressure through EGR wiring?

Im not using my egr. Can i wire in a sensor for oil pressure to the egr?

You have a PimpXS. I don't see why not. You just have to tell the EEC what to do with that 5V signal.

No actually. I plan on installing a dd efi dash at some point and that will have oil psi.

I was going to use a sensor from www.lowdoller-motorsports.com

Finished this today, reassigned map pin 45 to pin 43 and setup the sensor in TunerStudio. Bought a GM 12677839, fit great!

Now I can view actual oil pressure through Shadow dash rather than the OE dummy gauge.
