My TO bearing has been constantly going bad. I havent changed it since I got it but I have a feelign it will go in a few more months. The problem is that the cable is too short, preloading the bearing thus always having it engaged a little. I am going to get an adjustable cable, new TO bearing (of course), and I was thinking about completely redoing the clutch and flywheel.
The clutch and pressure plate were changed not that long ago. not sure how long but my friend had the car for 8 months, and me and him did it, and I had the car for 5 months. So its not that old. The clutch is a regualt replacement clutch, and the pressure plate is a King Cobra plate he had in his shop.
What would you suggest as far as parts I should get? TO bearing and cable are first on the list, pilot bearing (not sure if that may be attributing to the problem), and possibly new clutch, pressure plate, and fly wheel. What would you suggest I get. Car is mosty stock, straight pipes, cobra roller rockers. And 3.73" and 75-100 shot coming soon. What would you suggest that is not insanely expensive cause I am about to start college and would like to save some money.
