Ok seriously... wtf?

I was taking the tb apart today and noticed that the actual line was kind of snug in its routing, i re-routed the line and everything is smooth as glass now :nice: It makes the biggest difference in traffic, no more knucking and bucking :D . Now about the clutch, i guess ill go have the cable adjusted some more.

2 Things been pissin me off lately so im gonna rant:

2. Does anyones gas pedal kind of stick right before you get into it. Like sometimes im driving around and the pedal travel is smooth, sometimes i go to take off and it gets kinda stuck before it starts traveling and makes for some gay ass nucking and bucking on my part (and stern look from the old lady:nonono: ). I took a look and its not really getting caught on the carpet or anything. If i did the gas pedal mod would help with this gas pedal "stickyness"?

If you look inside your TB youll probably see its full of black crap, clean it out, it will fix that problem you have, if your talking about the gas pedal sticking before you push it down.

Don't make the same dumb assumption that I did. DO NOT assume that "OEM fit" means the same as "OEM Ford-made" as far as clutch cables go. I put in a Pioneer NON-adjustible OEM-replacement clutch cable when I did my clutch, flywheel, UPR triple-hook quad/firewall adjuster last May, and it was a tad stiffer than I figured it should be from Day 1.

I was lucky enough that when mine decided to snap (only left a couple of steel threads, just barely enough to still be functional), I was only about a mile from home. I hadn't even been running the thing for a full year, yet! I put the original Ford OEM cable back in there that I'd wisely been keeping on hand for a spare, and not only has it never given me problem since, but it's actually twice as smooth and easier to operate than the aftermarket cable - a liberal dose of graphite puffed into both ends of the cable made it super-duper smooth for about a month before going back to normal, but it's still better than the repro' unit.

So, for safe, reliable clutch happiness, here's your formula:

FORD cable + UPR triple-hook quad + UPR firewall adjuster = happy left foot.

As far as the sticky pedal ... I know this might be a bit of a reach, but you might try just making sure that nothing is getting in the way of the pedal or the accelerator cable. I had more than one occasion where my floor mat would get bunched up behind the throttle pedal and actually HOLD the thing at almost WOT when I romped on it a couple of times (SCARY!!), and in another car I had some wires and such hanging down that would sometimes get pinched in the pedal end of the throttle cable linkage, so sometimes it would "catch" at a different height. (Hard to describe.)

As mentioned, hosing the TB butterfly and giving the motor-end linkage some lube might help. Sounds like it's either binding up or something is mechanically interfering with its movement.
