Old Movie title

I remember an old movie that had and Ambulance in it. There were 2 guys on it's crew. I think I remeber it looked like a normal van ambulance then it would chagne to a worked up van with a rake and big rear tires and open headers. Does anybody remember that? I've been trying to find this movie for years but cant remember the name.
