So this morning im on 205 and get pulled over.So im thinking its for my windows its not he ran my plates and found out that i didnt have any insurance .which was news to me since they just took thier money on friday.the cop said if he really wanted he could have towed my SVO but he didnt thank God.So now i get to call the insurance company on monday and find out why they have been taking my money but not reporting that i have insurance.

What did you do to get on SR22 status? That's a crappy situation to be in, but it's nice to see that it appears to work. You're not the first person I've heard of lately who's been nabbed by it.

they can find out if you have insurance based on your plate?

I have a clen record no sr 22 he claims the insurance company didnt report to the dmv that i have insurance. Yes they can find out of your plates.

You might want to find out why the state thinks you're required to have an SR-22 on file. If they think it, and you don't do it, they'll suspend your license.

so i called my insurance and they said my stuff was up to date and that the police are having problems with their new system.So beware if you get pulled over.
