I bought a 3 core and i told the guy it was for a 302 based 347 but my stock cap is to small and im thinking maybe they sent me one from a 351? Is there a difference? Thanks

makes no difference in the size of the filler cap.

what is it doing. does it heat up sitting still,driving or what. what kind of fan do you have and also thermostat. do you have the shroud

The motor isnt running yet I am down to a few last things and I went to put the cap on and it dont fit, but I will make it fit if there isnt a difference between the 2

The cap fit on my factory rad though
