Well after months of careful planning it all came together. I got her down the driveway. Ill put a link to the YouTube video of it. The engine seems to run good other than a little tap in the number 8 exhaust valve due to a lack of the valve cap. Sounds pretty good too! The only performance part is has would be Hedman Headers and blue calipers and drums.

I still need to do a few things like getting an electric fan setup, alternator, fuel tank, fix a few leaks, get rid of the emergency foot brake (huge holes in floor), and some minor body work and wiring and it will be going to the local car show. That's a lot more than a few isn't it.

Thanks for all the help that got me this far. I will probably be back considering today the main power steering line blew.

I find the ones I look at the longest at the car shows over the summer are the ones like yours in the video, mostly done, maybe no paint yet, but you can see everything and how it got here. Cool ride - well done.

That first drive... a lot of people don't realize it's the most crucial part of a build. It doesn't matter if you wait until a full-blown resto is completed, or you just get enough pieces together in some fashion that works well enough to get to the end of the driveway... it's a momentum changer, it's at that moment you and the car become more than "owner" and "machine"...

Congratulations, keep it up!
