I read the thread about the roller idler arm and I have a few questions.
I received the roller bearing kit from Cobra Automotive for my 65 and there appear to be two pieces that are suppose to fit up into the idler arm. My problem is they don't just slide in there, I don't want to force them and damage something.
There is a small piece of tubing that I don't think I really need because of the way the parts go into the idler.
Last but not least not and I feel dumb for asking this, which way should the roller bearings face ? I am referring to the actual bearings that move inside the circle. I would think it would make sense that the top and bottom point at each like book ends if that makes any sense.
