I'm currently eyeing two '95 GT's. One is Bright Blue & the other is the supposedly rare Sapphire Blue. Both look nice. The more "rare" the color definately sounds better, but do yall think it's too purpleish?

for such a "rare" color i sure them alot.

imo the only rare color worth calling rare is mystic.

go for the one in better shape.

Yup. Don't let the color be the only deciding factor. My buddy bought a pristine '95 Camaro Z28 with low miles, and its purple. And he will openly admit that its purple. It doesn't matter because it goes like snot and most people will only see the tail lights anyways. Believe me, I know, its bad enough getting beet by a chebby, but a purple chebby...

Edit: Oh yeah, and both colors look pretty good IMO.

OK, here are the links. Both are negotiable on price, maybe $3800 for the Sapphire & $5000 for the Bright Blue. Less mileage on the Bright Blue & also has a lot more recent bolt ons, which are all to my liking. What yall think?

I vote for the Bright Blue. My reasons are: it has fewer miles, sounds like you won't have any major maintenance issues (HB is NOT fun to replace), the tires are in better condition (and the Enkei rims are worth more than the stock 16" waffles if you decide to sell), he's only had it 6 months and bought it from an old guy (who probably never abused it). It also has more valueable and more horsepower friendly mods done to it.

I also don't see any tailpipes coming out of the back of the Sapphire Blue car...dumps I'm ASSuming.

IMHO I would go for the Bright Blue. I've always loved the color too, it's almost the same as my 68 fastback, which is Gulfstream Aqua.

I think the guy w/ the Saphire Blue one is a little more realistic on the price(both seem high to me) .
This picture does make it look like an odd color though:

If you get the Bright Blue, def. lose the black rims.

wow well after reading and comparing sapphire is a better price not to many miles...good interior color and seems to be condition...pretty stock

i love bright blue but it seems high priced, and those are the most DISGUSTING wheels ever barf...i would tell him stock wheels or no deal haha....

hard to tell though whats to your liking?

sapphire is the rarer of the 2 correct? even though it looks purple it still looks good especially in the right lights and with the money you saved from buying the other you can do a few mods you like yourself!!
