I am looking at different crate motors for my '89 Mustang GT and after looking at Coast High Performance's webpage I think they might be able to help me. Do any of you use their crate motors? If so, which motor are you using? hp numbers? reliability? I plan on using this as a weekend warrior. Thanks for ANY help.

there are several other places along with CHP that can assemble a new engine for you...I'd personally stray from CHP, I know several friends that have had nothing but bad luck from them...pistons put in backwards, bearing clearances too tight or too loose, poor customer service (mostly poor customer service)...you can also ck out

Thanks for the comments....I'm new to all this and a crate motor seems to make things so much easier/quicker...but Im not sure what companies to trust. How are Ford Racing crate motors? Thanks.
