opinions on the MGW shifter.

I have the MGW for the T-3650. I have one of the older Red Handles. I love it.

Nice short profile compared to stock and very small nuetral gate and small throws. Everyone who sits in my seat and tries it out is amazed by how short the shifts are.

And it's SILENT

The shift-knob on the Pro 5.0 is directly above where it rotates, but the MGW is bent so its behind it. It looks like if I put a blue handle on it that I could minimize it so I don't think it will be that bad. Thats the best way I can explain it.

the stock handle comes back a fair bit too. The MGW with the blue handle is the best setup I have tried I like the reach of where the knob is and how clean and crisp the shifts are. I have tried the B&M ripper, B&M pro ripper, pro 5.0 and a tri ax and I like the MGW best. the orange handle was nice but the blue is a little better feeling IMO

Thanks a lot for your help! I will be going with the MGW it seems, and one last question...

Can I order it to come with the blue handle or do I have to buy it separate?

They only make the orange handle now...I lucked out and found the red and blue on ebay and got the blue one for I think $26 and the red one for $1 lol... The orange handle is still a nice one maby you could fine a blue one forsale somewhere or ask MGW if they have any old stock. They do costom CNC work maby for a small fee they could make one for you

Why are you against the offset? It doesn't make the shift any longer, thats determined by the hight, the offset brings the shifter back to a more comfortable position. For alot of people the stock shifter is too far forward. Im pretty tall so its fine for me.
