My car was dyno'd today at hp 250 and tq 291. I ll list below what I have done to the car:

2000 GT

FRPP 3.73
WMS Velocity tube
95 mm Pro M
75 mm tb
C & L upper intake
MRT cat H-Pipe
Flowmaster Catback (40's)
Houston Performance Tune and Chip

I would think that with the modest mods I ve completed I would be pulling more at the rear wheels. Except for pulleys what else can you suggest I do as far as bolt ons are concerned. Eventually I would like to redo the bottom end, do a cam swap and add a procharger. For now though I am looking at bolt on. Actually the cams might come sooner than later.

Anyway your opinions and suggestions are appreciated thank you.

You got it tuned at HP?

Really man, those numbers aren't off or anything. The mods that you have aren't really mods that will add much horsepower being that the 2v doesn't respond too well to mods.

d98gt you sound surprised that I got it tuned at HP??

I talked to Steve at HP today about one of their custom cams and long tubes so I'm really thinking that I gonna find a way to make that happen within a month or so...

Thanks for the replies!!

d98gt I'm in Spring How far are you from Spring/The Woodlands?

The cams will definitly wake the car up, though finding a cheap install is difficult. If you have a hook up then let me know ;) I have some PI cams I need to get installed and currently have a quote of $375.

Not surprised, I was just wondering if thats where you got it done. I've been to the shop once though didn't purchase anything. How was your experience there?

I actually lived in Spring a few years ago and attended Westfield High ;) As for now, I live pretty much out in the sticks. It's not too much of a drive and I have thought about going to some of the meets, though just haven't been out much lately due to crappy weather. I live about 20 miles outside of Humble.
