Opinions please

I've got a 98GT and I want to get rid of the 4X4 look. I've read alot of posts about different spring and shock setups and here is my dillema. I want to use the stock strut and shock setup for now (I just got new ones last summer), I also don't want to have to buy CC plates unless I absolutely have to. I want a reasonable drop, 1"-1.5" due to the horrid road conditions in Charlotte. H&R's just seem to low to me, so I'm debating on the Steeda Sports, the Eibach's, and the Ford "C" springs. Please help me out, does anyone have pics of a 96-98 with any of these setups? Any and all opinions would be a great help. I've got a line on some Ford "C" springs for $110.00 and some Steeda Sport Springs for $130.00. Which are better? Thanks for any help.

What kind of ride are you looking for? C springs ride fairly harshly; you might want to try B springs if you want a closer-to-stock ride...

The ride is really not important, It's fairly harsh as it is right now. I'm willing to compromise if one offers better performance.

I've never been to the track with her. I mainly want better handling. I drive it every day and like to get on it once in awhile on the back roads.
