dont get a yellow top. I was going to put one in my mustang and was talking to the interstate guy and he said if you kill they completely, they don't come back. I was skeptical so I did a test on the yellowtop I have in my Chevy S10. Since it was still under warranty, I went home and killed it with the stereo. After I charged it back up, it worked, until I went to start the truck the next morning. Nothing. So I jumped it and drove around to charge it, then I parked and left it till the next day. Nothing. Completely dead and wont hold a charge. I found it odd because thats what the battery was designed for!! The day after, I went to the interstate guy and returned it for a red top. I did the same test and everything was fine the next day. Needless to say, I now have a red top in my S10 and my 94 GT convert. I squeezed into the mustang by trimming the aft portion of the battery tray and wedging a small plate of aluminum between the bracket and battery. At least until my custom battery bracket shows up ($25). Can't remember where I ordered from. Use the search button, you'll find it. Hope this was helpfull
