Orange County- engine needs to get referee'd, please help

I have a 93 5.0 that needs an expert mechanic / smog shop. im having problems with the EGR valve specifically. I was told by my last mechanic that my computer also needs to be replaced...? the guy let my car sit in his shop for almost a year with no result

Can anyone please recommend an expert mechanic/shop for 5.0's? My car needs to be referee'd to pass smog. Thanks in advance.

can you be more specific? whats wrong with your car and why was it in the shop for a year? what has been modified/removed/replaced?

why do you need to go to a referee?? did you do an engine change or something.

why did he say the EGR is bad??

why did the other say the computer is bad??

igot.. thanks for the recommendation on Victor's auto on my clutch thread (.. it dissapeared though ). The father was telling me how his son is a Mustang expert, sounds good to me . I should be taking in my car sometime this week, can't wait to feel what the Centerforce feels like.
