If I am planning on doing future mods to my car for instance 4.10 gears, underdrive pullies, midpipe, and maybe even nitrous...should I wait to get an intake and tune untill after i do all my mods? Or will it be ok to do it first?

Go ahead & get the intake/tuner combo first. They are an awesome bang for the buck and these flash tuners will grow with your mods.

If I had everything to do all over again, here are the order of mods I would do:

1. cai/tuner
2. pulleys
3. 4.10 gears
4. cmrv deletes
5. aluminum driveshaft
6. longtubes

* you mentioned nitrous; just plug it in there wherever you want it... anytime is a good time for a power adder :)

Agreed

I would say just +1 but I am not a nitro guy, I say use the money on a set of heads and keep it all motor!!! just my .02$ and this is a great order and the same one I am following. I just got my pullies and saving now for gears (going 3.73 not 4.10)

My opinion - adding a CAI and tune makes you more hungry...and addicted to more power. If you end up really hooked/addicted into the mod thing you end up looking for a blower.

If I was to do it again.
1. Tires/rims
2. Lowering / Suspension
3. Exhaust
4. Supercharger / Pulleys
5. Gears
6. Mirror inserts
7. Very light window tint

If budget is an issue - then #4 would be CAI & tune

I think LCAs (Lower Control Arms) should be 3rd or 4th on the list... Agree or disagree?

Yeah I love LCA's and I'm a dumbass for leaving them off the list. However, they would probably go at the bottom of that list at #7. Although the stock LCA's aren't that great, these cars do have an awesome chassis. I pull 1.92 60' with 100% stock suspension, and there are tons of guys doing even better than that.... which actually reminds me of something... add PRACTICE ot the top of my list :D
