less actually 2000-2500 less which = almost 500rwhp
but thats for a used 03 so not that fair of a comparison (<- added in so people don't bitch hehe)

To be honost though I wouldn't mind an 05. CDC grill, headlights duckttail spoiler black deep dish bullits on a black GT. But on a side note and purposly derailing of this thread. Does the glasstop roof have a tint or a screen/ cover to block out the sun. If i got one when I move to FL or something I would be cooked alive in it.

I like the look and the drive of the 05 GT way more than the Cobra. Ya the Cobra is way faster but speed to me is not everything.

Let me ask you this, and as my first post...

In considering either the GT manual or the 6 speed RX-8, can you deal on the X-Plan pricing (or S Plan in Mazda's case)? Or is it pretty much set?

Really like to know. And if you can talk me into the Mustang go ahead. I wanna hear all sides. Its the power and look of the Mustang vs the handling prowess of the RX-8. Love em both, though haven't been able to get a drive in the V8 5speed Mustang, only the auto.

Glad to be here. Never been a Mustang guy in my life, but I am in love with this new one. The fact they drive great to boot makes it that much better.

Pricing is set with the plan. Get the 5spd GT--no comparison--nuff said!
