Im about to order a sct xcal 2 (most likely from MPH). Just wondering if there is a better place for a mail order tune but i should get it to a dyno as soon as my supercharger is installed so im not to concerned. I know MPH has a very good reputation and I seem to like their business.

My real question is about the computer code where is it located on it and what numbers should I be looking at like how many numbers or letters are in the code that I need.

Thanks
Nick

Look on passenger side door jam for code.

If you buy the blower from MPH it comes with a tune. Just dyno the car to check A/F and let Tim know the results.

I already have a blower Vortech w/Aftercooler sittin in my room and I just want the tuner so I can drive the car after the install because I found a local tuner around me. How many letters or numbers should be in the code and is it actually on the ECU or like you said on the door jamb where the VIN is.

Its on the passenger side door jam. You have to take off a plastic cover to reveal the thing. It's a 4 alphanumeric code.

Also, Tim is having a dyno day or whatever this week and won't be able to get to the xcal until next week or so. But it's worth the wait. Rhonda was a big help

Thanks for the info thats all I needed to know.

I cant drive my car for a week or so anyways because I was installing my electrical Fuel Pressure gauge and the fitting in the schrader valve that was hooked to my broke mechanical gauge decided to break off inside the fuel rail and I had to order a new fitting because no one around me had one that small.
