I just bought a 66 fastback and it came with original 14 inch ten spoke Shelby wheels that came strait out of the box and where mounted on the car at around 1993.

However, since the car never had an engine mounted in it, the car was never driven with the wheels on. The tires still have the little rubber "nubs" on them that would wear off in the first couple of miles! The wheels are in pristine condition, due to the fact that the car has never left its air conditioned concrete shop since the original owner bought it.

The question is, what would be the going rate for a the set? Of course there are plenty of reproduction 10 spokes out on the market, but how much would a truly original set without so much as a scratch, wear, or blemish be worth?

Are you talking about bias ply tires? I would think they aren't worth anything as "NOS."
There are a couple of places that remanufacture the old style tread paterns in radial tire materials.
I could be wrong, but to me there is no gain in putting them on a car.

Yes I'm talking about the wheels. I only mentioned the tires for a bit of perspective.

They are only going to be worth something to a purist wanting to keep everything stock. If your wanting to sell them... list them in the Classic Classifieds section for a best offer.
