Does any one know the original silver paint color name or code for the tubular GT40 upper intake manifold?

Mines been repainted a different (slightly darker) silver

It’s close. I’m not sure the official color was ever publicized by Ford. A lot of the intakes discolored from age, so tough to find a “pure” one. I’m sure you all have seen a yellowed 93 cobra intake. Regardless, most of the Motorcraft fanboys just use Argent when they refinish these intakes.

Motorcraft argent is pretty close though. Here it is with clearcoat.

When I was going to powdercoat my exporer intake silver, this was the color I settled on, only because it matched the finish on my 98 Cobra wheels perfectly.
