OT--Does anyone know when GT4 comes out?

Yeah that was some BS there wasnt S/C's in the last one. You can make a 1000+ hp NSX or 3000gt but not a mustang or camaro or anything american. Thats discrimination!!!

the game is made in japan of course they are gunna make their cars better... and i think the viper could make over 1000hp.

they do need a s/c on there tho.

Yeah the viper can make 1100hp. I have been playing GT3 for like a week now. That's my favorite car to race. I have had the game since it was out. I just had not played it in like 6 months. I have like every america car. My viper is the fastest. The mustang and camaro just suck in speed. I just bought a skyline. It will make over 1000hp easy. I think just about any V6 turbo on that game will make 1000 hp. So far none of them have beaten my Viper.

Have you gotten the Escudo Pike's Peak car yet? I widdled the 1/4 mile time down to 8.5x @~200 mph! That trap speed should be good for 6's but I still can't get it to hook. It took hours of suspension tweaking and passes to get the 8.5 et. My F094H formula car is almost as quick but it traps way lower. I think my best with the F1 car is 8.6x something. It barely spins at all.

Also, I too hope you can S/C American cars. And that the drag racing is a bigger part of the game.

So whats the best top speed you guys have managed. I got the Lotus Esprit to do like 260 something.

I dont have it in GT3, I had it in GT2. I loved that car. I killed everyone in it. I got up to 268 in my viper. I geared it low. I think I could get 270 maybe.

fast way to get money-do the speedway endurance race with fast car, takes about 45min, get 150k for winning plus cars ranging in price from 100k-400k(guess)
Thats what i did, you have to have an IA license too

to get 25k, goto turbo races(maybe N/A, not sure) in amatuer, go to test track , takes 10min tops.

GT4 is gonna be incredible. MAtter of fact on that comment bout top speed I believe it was 350-375 lot of suspension tweeking which I found the exact sepcs on an internet site one day so the Escudo will ride on the back two wheels. Another thing GT2 has a major glitch in the first run of production cars dissappear out of your garage and car in your garage will grow crazy HP #'s Like my 180SX Drag that had 6,000hp. As soon as your go race with a car that has done that the game locks up and you have to restart. Also Forza is supposed to be better but I'm waiting to see a good preview about it.

I preordered GT4 from Wal-Mart and they are shipping it out on November 2nd.
