Went to watch Star Wars last night at midnight. I was surprised to see that many people there. There were 3 sold-out theatre rooms for it. I'm not a die-hard SW fan, so this is not the reason why I had to watch it at the very first presentation. I just cant stand all the kids over there on regular days so on a week of school, I knew there were not gonna be many of them. I was right.

My impression...I think it's the best of the latest 3 episodes. The effects are absolutely amazing and cant wait to watch it on my home theater system.
Highly recommend you go and watch it.

2 thumbs up

I'm a Star Wars fanatic and I loved the movie. The acting left much to be desired at times. I wouldn't describe the ending as "whack" because it tied up a bunch of loose plot line. (just had some more crappy acting)

I give it

....but like I said, I'm a star wars geekn so my opinion is bias - it's like asking me what I think of a mustang. The answer is always I love them all!

I never watch any of them , but I'm thinking of renting the first one and moving my way up to the last one just to understand why so many people are talking about it...

I did, too. But I also got to see it screened, my friend manages a Silver City out here, so sometimes he can swing a hookup, sneak a few people in, and we get to watch them "test the reel".

Yeah, saw it the other night too. It was definitely worth the wait. Still liked the first series better, but good overall. It did feel like the 3rd movie was in a rush to try to tie everything together to the first series (4,5,6). They could have easily spread it all out over another instalment….but I guess that’s just not how Lucas wanted it.
