try a cheap hand held steamer, i have the same issue and thats what i'm gonna use when i detail my car.

Same here, since it was new. Nothing extensive, just a quick wipedown. Once in a while I'll clean it better. Looks good.

I did. It worked some but wouldn't remove it all.

I clean out the whole inside of that thing every time I wash it since it collects some water. I make sure its dry and clean.

Nighthawk. It really does not look that bad. I bet with a good wash, clay and perhaps compounding that would come right back. I would start with Dawn, or some heavy cleaning soap and a very high pressure hose. Then follow with an aggressive Clay and polish the paint back up. Let us know what you do and how it comes out.

What i do everytime i wash my car is go around all those types of area's and make sure to dry them door jams under the doors. Under the hood. Ever since i started detailing cars ive been doing this. Its a great way to not let that type of gunk develop.
