Just recieved my new / used / stock mach & was wondering about passing smog here in California ?....made in Detroit with all stock - federal smog equiptment ......

go to website. dmv.ca.gov you will find everything you need to do to register it in ca.

You shouldn't need anything special as long as all the factory stuff is still installed. I'm pretty certain all the 1999+ Mustangs were 50 state legal from the factory. From memory, the last time Mustangs had separate 49 state and California versions was probably the late 80's.
