outter panel removal

Can someone please tell me how to remove the panel that goes over the doors on the outside. The thing that runs along the roof. I know theres four nuts for the back piece. I got the front to pop out alittle but right in the middle its jammed and I ended up cracking the piece alittle. Any info on how to do this? Thanks

sit in the seat and grab the A pillar trim..pull it straight towards you....that has like 4 clips....you MAY be able to get at all the nuts from there???
If not..pull the weather strip out of its groove....remove that metal channel you see..it has like 6-7 screws....You should has access to all the nuts...Dont forget the (1) 10mm bolt that holds the front pc on....its on the end inside the fender, if your gonna remove the entire front pc..

that clips a mother...you have to push it up towards to roof to get it out...if the back pc is out...try going down as far as you can with it...push the other pc upwards and it MAY pop from the clip...
