Dude its probally your intake. The only way you will find out what your problem is if you take it off and inspect it. I had coolant leak for like 6 months and still drove my car around but my leak wasnt that bad

i doubt it's ur heads. has ur intake manifold exploded with coolant yet? if not, you're prolly due for an explosion. the 96/97 manifolds were silently recalled and are replaced with a 98 style (solid crossover). so it might be a leak in the radiator. only way to fix it and get a free recall is to keep the motor at 4K for a while, that should crack it.

or...

just replace it with a PI manifold. that way when you take it apart, you can see where (if) it's leaking

other thing. even my 98 manifold leaked, but it was around the coolant temp sensors, both of them. it fixed it after my swap.

i'll offer my .02 cents if you dont mind. as far as i understand, bubbles coming into the radiator are a tell-tale sign that you have a cracked head or blown head gasket. as the explosion happens in the chamber, some of that exhaust gas makes its way into a water passage in the head, thus causing bubbles to come up through the radiator.

BUT, i dont know that much about 4.6s and i didnt follow your other thread...so maybe i dont know what i'm talking about.
