What's the best way to get paint off of the windows? The guy I bought my 89 from went a little crazy with the spraypaint and it's pretty annoying.

+1 for clay bar. Razor can scratch if you are not careful.

For best result, like when with your girl, you want to keep it wet!

if it is just spraypaint a rag with some gas on it will wipe it right off....

000 steel wool will make short work of the overspray, and it will not harm glass, or chrome.

razorblade and windex to lube it. never hurt any glass doing that.

+1 on acetone. No one ever cut themselves or scratched glass with acetone. Just don't get it on the real paint.

+1 Acetone. I do suggest you go over it with a wet rag after removing the overspray. The rubber seals in a fox dry out fast enough without left over acetone to help. Seems like common sense untill you meet someone with a fresh paint job and dry/crumbling seals.

not too worried about the real paint. right now the entire is covered in a crappy layer of black spray paint and it's going to get a new paint job as soon as I scrape up the cash.

40 grit on a 1/2" angle grinder? i bet that would take that paint off....
