Are the P.I. Heads ready to go out of the box? Getting ready to do the swap this weekend so I just wanted to make sure that there was nothing to torque down on the heads. Was going to throw some assembly lube on all the lobes. Waiting on 1 more delivery from rock auto and will be ready to go.Oh I ordered the brand new heads from JEGS.

from Ford Racing or Ford OEM, they are ready to go. i would clean then with mineral spirits though before dropping them on personally, but i like to take heads apart before i put them on a motor.
