P1151 Code!!

Ok guys so today my CEL Came on, it threw the Code P1151 - lack of H02s21 switches..sensor indicates lean.

I installed my diablo tune 2 days ago, and put my O/r Mid pipe on 3 days ago... could this have anythin to do with it?

If not where do i start?

Could be a number of things. Have you changed the fuel filter in a while? Your tune might have been made too lean for the mods that you have. It also could be a bad sensor. Good luck, lean codes suck!
