hey im from pa, and currently go to PSU....pa has started emissions testing but only in selected areas. im not sure if centre county (where state college is) tests for emissions yet...but in the near future they will if they dont already.
I live in State College...You will have lots of fun here!!!! They do a visual here, the just have to see the cats, and test the gas cap, no sniffer test yet...They won't have that for a couple years....gotta start bringing the stangs back, SC has become home of the LS1....
