Paint and Body Guys: Are these worthless?

Pulled what appear to be paint guns out of the garbage. Are these for automotive use and if so, are they any good? They're dirty and I'm not quite sure how to clean them. I really have no idea... enlighten me!

The one on the left says "CH" and the one on the right says "G" on it, as far as manufacturer logos.

Those look like the guns used to spray house paint, I used one not too long ago.

Yeah they were from a construction site so that could very well be the case, haha.

Never see a gun like either. Biggest problem is you're missing the caps. It also looks like you're missing nozzles and needles too. If you want a decent entry level gun look at the Finex FX HVLP series.

Those are guns used for a spraying interior latex paint off of a pump/sm compressor that you dip into a (5) five gallon bucket.
