Paint EGR???

I hate nasty rusted parts, esp in the engine bay. Anyone know if I can paint the outside of the EGR valve??? I see the holes in the top of it, not sure if those are breather holes or not. If anybody knows, or has done it, let me know. Thanks!!!!!!!!

Get some anti-seize and wipe it in....it'll look mint and last for quite awhile. Any of that type of rusted chit looks brand new after a wipe down.

Thanks, just covered up the round part with the holes and sanded, primed, and painted the rusted metal part. Looks much better, I'll have pics up here shortly.

Because the surface is so textured, brush-on paint might have been an option too.
