mine was blue before to but in ****ty shape, i dyed it and it looks great still..7 months or so now, check out my thread i have its like 7 pages long...

Pretty sure you look like the returd right now because that was not my car and i CLEARLY stated that. I made that thread to show how terrible of a job that guy(Who isn't a member on here i might add) did on his atempt to paint. I'm not dumb enough to atempt that mistake.
As for the poster, good luck if you atempt it. I wouldn't, my suggestion. If done right it will look okay. If done bad, well yah... Its cheaper to paint, but as the sang goes "If its cheap, ITS CHEAP"
After looking, I find that you are only 18, thats quite appearant, but the good thing is that you still have time to focus all of your energy you're using on trying to be an internet badass on learning the proper use of the english language. Im sure if everyone had thier mommy and daddy footing the bill for them, they would agree that buying all new plastic would be the way to go. For true car enthusiasts who want to do the work themselves and take some pride in being resourceful, and doing what they can with whats available to them, the proper steps for a quality interior upgrade is what they're looking for here. Im sure you'll have some great response, but someday you'll look back and realize what a d-bag you were/are.

Ha... I'm not looking to start this up again, do like the mods said. END ITTo clarify it again, YES you CAN paint it, but its not the right way nor the best way. Ha i wish, that'd be pretty sweet i might add. Unfort i've been working over 40 hours a week in highschool since i was 13. And now for between 55-60 and at a business that is doing very well to say the least. I also don't live with them anymore. Just because you don't have the money to do it, doesn't mean you can't accept that buying the panels oem black isn't the right way? I can't help that you don't have enough money, your the one that decides how much you want to make a year. And once again, i clearly stated that i was showing how terrible of a job that guy did, no where in that original post(Before you guys became teenage girls ) did i mention anybody that painted their interior black on this website nor did i critize their work.
Now, since you guys talk about having such great mannors. Lets put aside the girl talk and actually answer this guys question rather then bring up a thread that was closed by Mods. I posted my answer saying it can be done but would suggest not to. Quit derailing the thread and let the guy get his Question answered.

Ryan, I remember when you did yours. I took every bit of your advice to do mine regarding prep and all. Although mine wasn't a change of color the paint is really on there! But i did have to get a new armrest pad from MPS and it was blue and painted over that and it's fine! It won't scratch off! Also looks good when I detail it with some Lexol plastic cleaner.
