Just put my 2" Intrax springs on today and am in dire need of an adj. panhard bar. Who makes the best one for the money and has anyone modified the length of the stock one? Also what did you guys use for front end alignment? thanks in advance guys

I got the BMR one on sale at stangsuspension.com

I like that one, because the adjustment point is easy to get to. It's also priced good and well built.

i like my J&M aluminum panhard bar. MUCH lighter than stock. each rod end weighs more than the bar itself.

they have since added more offerings to their line up. you can get it aluminum or steel and rod ends or ploy ends.

I've got the BMR Adj. Panhard Bar with Poly Ends, it's a very nice piece. I'm completely happy with it. I got it from Brenspeed. It's not on their website, at least it wasn't at the time, so just call and order it. The free shipping makes it worth it.

I got a watts link from Fays Engineering and I don't miss the panhard bar one bit.

I like most of their stuff, but getting a wrench to the drivers side is a PITA. That's what I hear from most people with the Steeda piece, which is of similar design. That's why I went with the BMR one.

I forgot to mention the front end alignment. Pick up a set of camber bolts and get an alignment. At a 2" drop, camber bolts may not do it. You may need adjustable upper strut mounts, too, so get a lifetime alignment, that way you don't have to repay later.

Agreed. 2" of drop and you need some more modifications to do things "right". I'm running the Steeda Sport springs, I'm not running camber bolts, but anymore drop and I'd need them. I'm still within factory tolerances though and I don't notice any unusual wear.

Thanks fellas will do! Yeah I def. need some front end attention after the drop they are kicked in pretty good at the top. Did anyone use the UPR front end kit?

+1 on the Steeda APB being a beeotch to adjust!!!!! I hate adjusting mine...once adjusted, it's fine.
When I get "spare" money, I will be getting the BMR APB! Modifying the OEM bar would work, but I don't see how it would be cost effective being the BMR piece is only $135(StangSuspension). Plus having an adjustable bar will allow for corrections later with other suspension, tire/wheel changes.

It was about 600 bucks, I did the install myself so no labor expenses.

Expect better cornering, handling, and braking from a balanced rear that tracks along with the front end not against it.
