i have a bag of bolts and spring clip bolts labeled " front fender brackets>Support". I am not familiar with these parts. What are they and where do they go.

There is a metal L bracket at the bottom front of the fender that bolts the fender to the torque box .
There is a metal strap about 6-7 inches long that mounts the front of the front fender to the front bumper Bracket . There is a hand full of clip bolts that attach the grill opening trim to the headlight buckets and the stone deflector .

Bolts are above. There is a hole at the rear of the front fender where the plastic splash guard attaches. Does the fender, torque box brace attach in the same hole. I don't recall my car having one of those braces but it's been a long time apart.

That must be the bolts and clips for the front fender brace to the bumper bracket and the rear bracket to the torque box although most of those bolts should be 1/4 inch with 7/16 heads .The L bracket goes on last ,over the plastic dust shield and through the torque box with a 3/8 head screw ,like a gas tank screw . Most of the bolts for a 69 around the headlight buckets and front valance should be 1/4 inch with 7/16 heads .

There are two longer brackets that bolt to the radiator support and the headlight buckets ,but they are 1/4 in bolts also .
