Pretty sure this is the size I need. No smog, no ac, 3g alternator

70 was too small on mine. I went with a 71" 710k6 should cross ref for you at the parts stores

Thanks should have thought about before I installed the alternator today. Trying to get a couple last rides in before it’s time to hibernate.

Here’s what I used. A little finagling to get it on the alt. But when done there was about 3/4” between tensioner and the belt passing below. One size up and they were touching

Fun fact, the last four numbers of the main part number on that package (0711) is the length of the belt in inches to one decimal place (71.1"). The last four digits of the smaller number above is the belt length in millimeters (1806mm). The 6 that precedes both numbers refers to the number of ribs in the belt.

Knowing how the numbering system works comes in handy when you're trying to find a belt length for a modified serpentine setup. It beats the crap shoot of random makes and models.

I bought a couple different sizes and just returned what didn’t work
