Can someone please help me out with a part number for an inlet manifold gasket for a 5.0 HO Mustang. The one that fits between the stock upper and lower manifold.

Cheers.

I get the sense you are located in Australia?? Or perhaps somewhere else where this isn't stocked at your local Autozone?

Yes I am. I've got someone coming over here from the US, and its a lot easier for them to get me a gasket from a Ford dealer than it is to arrange mail order.

To get a gasket sent here would cost $45. Thats ridiculous. Almost as ridiculous as the mark up Ford Australia adds to the cost of 5.0 parts down here for the Falcon, even with employee discount. Try $50 for a rocker cover gasket for starters.

Just tell them to walk into any Autozone and get this p/n. It's the Felpro gasket, prob the same as OEM, which is more than likely discontinued now from the Ford dealer. In fact i would almost garantee it's discontinued by now.

AutoZone.com | Vehicle Selection | Year

Felpro P/N MS94555 $9.99 USD

That's a stock intake manifold plenum gasket for an 86-93 5.0 HO manifold, but check the link above to see if this is the one you need. I beleive Felpro makes the OEM gaskets anyway

The entire gasket kit with the gaskets for the lower is like $15 if you want to spring for that.
