parts from a 95 5.0?

my girlfriend is parting out one of her 95 gt's so what i wanted was a complete list of everything i can use for my 91 notch 5.0. i know a few things but a complete list would make it easier. trying to upgrade mine as much as i can while she has it to use. thanks for all you help in advance.

94 and 95 GT's are "THE" perfect parts car for older foxes.

I say hoard the parts......sell the shell and sheet metal to a salvage yard.

yeah that was my plan to take everything i could. she has 2 95's. she will be parting out the auto coupe and keeping the 5spd conv.
