Anyone know any tricks to pass emissions with longtubes headers and an O/R h-pipe? I hear of people passing just by putting some fuel additive in the tank. Is this true? I live in good old MA which is particularly Anal about that stuff.

I've heard of someone that passed with a prochamber and said that the box was just one big cat. He said he passed him, however, who knows for sure.

What about advancing or retarding the spark plug timing? Won't that have an affect on emmissions?

I have the Prochamber, but I don't have to get the emmisions done for 3 years. I still have the stock H so I'm going to put that on when I get called. On new cars they don't test them as much due to the OBDII.

If they do a computer scan and you have MIL eliminators you will pass. Many new emissions places just scan your computer for codes. At least thats how they do it here in Chicago. So we can pass emissions with no cats!
