Patriot headers

Has anyone seen first hand, used, or known anyone who has used the patriot "clippster" headers?

I am trying to descide between these and the patriot tri-y's that most mustang parts houses sell...

I bought a set for my 65. I was looking for a mid lenght header to fit around an AOD. It looked like it was going to fit but it hit the steering box. Nice clearance around the plugs and bolts though.

What did you think about the quality and feel? Did you get the ceramic?

I assume you returned them.

Price seemed good, welds seemed ok. Yes I returned them. No, I got the raw finish. Never started the car with them on so I can't say too much about them.
