seems about right.

i know everyone is saying "just wait until you go to the 1/4" but if you don't work on getting that 1/8th down, you're going to be just as disappointed in the 1/4.

yes, it will pull harder through the longer gears going through the 1/4, but unless you work on the launch & shift points in the 1/8th, it won't make a difference in the 1/4

101.35 seemed a bit low for a car running 13.5's to me. There's plenty of guys in the 13.8's around here, me included, trapping at 101 already. Maybe it has to do with his drag radials and good 60'

I have ran a 13.5 @ 100.30 when I was bolton....but my car never has trapped like it should .

Here is my best from houston ( 46' alt, mid-low 80s, rain stroms coming so it was humid...full street trim + a few things)

1.99
5.26
8.56 @ 84.41
11.08
13.20 @ 106.21

Best trap 1/8 =85.13
Best trap 1/4 = 309.42 (yes I have the slip lol)
Most realistic trap = 106.91

I raced a 05+ saleen (believed to be supercharged).
up until the 1/8 we were almost dead even, then on the back half he just DROVE away from me about 4 cars. It was pretty bad...guess the S/C's topend came in lol. SO I wouldnt worry about it too much man, you will get it

1st of all, your 4.4 mph gain in the 1/8 is going to yield benefits in the 1/4. your car can be an ET car or MPH car and get the same 1/4 results. it looks to me like you are a mph car.

MPH cars are easier on parts.

not to knock your blower as i think it's good to go with centri's, but for 4500 smackers, a 4v that turns 7500 with gearing to support it can go faster than a blower; even with less power.

like they said, suspension to lift the front end, you will definitely run faster. your centri builds power like a turbo. gear it to get some low speed ET, and then tire size it for trapping in 4th. remember the slicks will grow at the top end hurting MPH a little.

Am I the only one who's seeing something wrong here?!?.....374RWHP spun with a Novi 2000 making 10psi and a host of intake and exhaust bolt ons......something doesn't add up? You're making about 60rwhp less than you should be. Time for a more agressive dyno tune!

it is also running very rich. the guy taht dynoed it said that i could hit 400rwhp easy if the tune and timing could be adjusted more.

dude/kid/child which ever? your an idiot a centi sc does not build power like a turbo!!! centi's are linear to rpm a turbo is not. learn what you are talking about first before spouting off at the mouth with tech advise.

Correcting ppl is one thing, but flaming is another - and that attitude will get you nowhere here.

edit: okay I read your other posts. It's official: you're a forum troll. Begone. Piss off..

looks about right to me, give or take 10-20 MAX. nowhere near a 60rwhp difference with his mods

Well, he's got pretty near full upgrades to both the intake and exhaust and he's seeing 10psi through a stock PI intake and PI heads. With a deep breathing blower like a Novi 2000, 374rwhp doesn't seem like nearly enough power. Most guys here are seeing better numbers than that at that boost level with smaller S-Trims, P-1SC’s and 1.7L KB’s. Hell, I'm sure I could push nearly that much with my little M90 if I got greedy with the boost and creative with the bolt-ons and it won’t move half the volume of air the N2K will.

Nope....I stand by my original statement. If you're seeing similar numbers, perhaps you might want to consider a more aggressive tune with your set up as well?

no need for a better tune. i'm making 442rwhp with 10 degrees of timing & 10.1 a/f - pullied for 8lbs, but seeing 10. (i had some fuel limitations at the time of my tune & this was necessary). i can make ALOT more power, but i don't want a more aggressive tune, yet. but i've got more mods than him as well

and people like you never help others learn anything but how to be jackass. its wrong for people to offer the wrong advise in which they know nothing about. if you treat them with the same diligence they thought they where offering. they wont miss advize somebody that doesn't know in the future. there for curing them from speaking out when they have nothing to speak of thats unworthy or incorrect. now next time when you have a question do you want this guy answering you when he clearly doesn't no jack about what hes talking about? didn't think so. and im not a troll i give my advise when i feel its needed. maybe it seems i offer it to correct others misinformation but is that a bad thing? you want a unknowleged punk answering your q's? nobody does. its just sad im the only one on here doing something about it? i dont have to be here, but i've heard that there is lots of crappy tech advise here. so i thought i'd be of service to those that dont want bad technical info? but if those dont want me on here by god bann me then for f%$# sake and ill go away? piss ant

turbofreek is probaly like those "cool" car guys we see on the show pinks. Wearing their girls thong to the show.....
end off topic.
Give it practice, I couldnt do better than a 14.9 cause of bad driving. The next time i went to the track I got right off the freeway and ran a 14 flat.

Well, 60rwhp might be on the high side of the spectrum, but certainly he's got more than 10-20rwhp left on the table. I can't see any reason he's not making at least 420-430rwhp with those mods and a conservative tune. He's got the T/B and MAF covered on the intake side and on the exhaust side, the only thing he's missing is a good set of headers.....(which admitedly is the cork in his combination right now). I realize that boost doesn't dictate horsepower levels, but even with stock PI castings, he should be seeing quite a bit more than he is with those modifications and that much blower pressure behind it.

Just curious, what mods have you in your set up?
