Long time browser, first time posting. I'm currently dealing with belt issues. Just got done reassembling my engine in my 86' 5.0L and decided to go with the a/c delete kit, compressor finally went south. Once I got everything installed, i tried looking for the proper belt to work and can't seem to get the right one that will not have the tensioner touch the water pump pulley. My current setup includes a Paxton SN92 blower, which lowers the snog pump and altenator lower, cobra water pump pulley and running a one piece crank pulley with a 4" underdrive and 7" s/c.

So far I have tried an 82 1/8", which barely gets on over the pulley, but when the tensioner goes down it touches the water pump. I used another which is slightly under 82" and it won't make it over the pulley.

Now I have searched around here and have seen people running the smaller water pump pulley with a larger P/S pump pulley. Anyone have issues with that? Anyone tried that using a underdrive crank pulley? If so, do you have a belt size to use for this or part number?
