so i was trying to use the BIN option on ebay, but my paypal account wouldn't let me go over $500. so i said, ok, give it all my bank info to get verified, and thats fine, but doesn't lift the limit. i got to the "my limits" thing and notice that in order to get the $500 dollar thing lifted, i have to add a bank account (which i just did) and punch in my social security number. so i say, no big deal. go to punch it in, and it says it's infalid
