PCM question

Where can I buy a new or used pcm for my car? My current pcm will not communicate with anything. I can't pull codes, and its running rough at part throttle.

I have searched a bit, but I can't find anything of use. Any help will be aprreciated.

Advance Auto/Auto Zone sell rebuilt ones you just need the # of yours.
