PCV grommet size ????

I have a new set of valve covers for my 302 but the grommet is really loose in it. I have tried several different grommets in there. They all fit the OLD valve covers but not the new ones.

I had problems finding a proper grommet too--most were too flimsy and loose. The crap found in the performance section of Advance sucked.

I then checked out the ones from Moroso--Excellent! They are heavy and the fit tight.

With no baffle:

I got tired of trying to find one that will fit tight. I took the biggest one that I could find, ran some RTV around it and sealed it to the valve cover. The covers are average condition so I don't mind doing that. They have baffles as well so I think I should be ok.
