I'm working on my 4 to 5.0 swap and I'm curious, will the pedal assembly from a 5 spd 86 GT be able to be swapped in a 90 LX auto car? Just curious because im not sure if the pedal assemblies were different in a 86 and if i need to get one from a 87-93 car? let me know thanks

It should work.
I had a 4 cyl and a 5L pedal assy side-by-side when I did my swap and they were identical.

The GT pedals had a thicker gas pedal from what I understand. I'm not sure what years though. Maybe every year?

Make sure they don't wobble around. My clutch, brake, and gas pedal all have side-to-side motion and it's SO annoying. Makes the car feel 30 years old.
