can you post of foxes with cobra R's...also my question is do you guys have 17 x 8 up front and 17 x 9 rear? or 17 x 9 all around?

I had them, used them on my 89 5.0 and my sisters old 86 vert for a little while. I had 17x9s all around with 245/45/17s, and even ran a 275/40/17 Drag Radial for a little while. I have pics on my cardomain site that Ill grab later!

I run 17x8 all around, 245/45/17 falken azeni rt-615's (different rubber then pictured)

The fronts just barely fit in without any rub, I don't know how you guys run a 17x9 upfront without major rubbing

thats my concern that 17 x 9 would rub in the front pretty bad.

25thmustang - did it rub pretty bad?

mansonozz - that looks real good I think I will just go 17 x 8 front and 17 x 9 rear

one more question anyone lowered there car after installing the cobra R's? if so how much

On full locks it did, and I had to trim a little on the front fender extension on the drivers side. Rack limiters would cure it but cut your turning radius down.

I have 17X9's all around. Right now I'm running BFG KDW 255 45 17. They rub a little bit at full lock but nothing serious. Its also lowered using the Ford racing springs, just not in this picture.

I lowered it 1.5" after putting the R's on.

dman that looks real good doesnt even look like it needs to be lower. Im still undecided really if I should go 17 x 9 in the front or not

17 x 9 all the way around - 245/45 R17 up front and 275/40 R17 in the back - slight fender rubbing up front, and inside edge of the rim will catch the LCA at full lock.

i have them 17x9 all around, 275/40/17 all the way around. Id go 17x8 up front but 17x9 will work. I also painted the center caps black, even though their expensive, I hated that cobra and I hated people coming up to me saying "your cars not a cobra!"

17x8s up front in 245/45/17s with 17x9s out back wrapped in 275/40/17s...

The fronts rub a little at full lock if you're on like an incline or something, but nothing major. The rears did used to rub on the tails when going around corners with body roll and all. But I added some 1/4" spacers and now no rubbing and it looks bad ass.

You can run 17x9s all the way around with SN95 Conversion, the front backspacing should be 5.98" and in the rear 6.42"

17x9 all around. 245/45/17 up front, 255/45/17 out back. Car is lowered about 1.75". Only rubs when wheel is turned all the way.
