Mine is on the top and on the left. A mechanic left on the right and low for me and I almost could not drive home. Just wherever you want it really.

I did bottom and left, I just like the feel, and I have long arms, so the nice low short shift works great for me.

Bottom left here, too...

One thing I'll mention is to make sure you do a good job trimming the black rubber on the boot. I didn't and the shifter was fighting against the rubber, making the shifter feel really stiff. Did some trimming work the other weekend and it works great!

I think it HAS to be on the left becaue of how the handle bends. And mine's on the bottom too.. nice and short!

Does anybody elses Tri-Ax rattle at high RPM's?? I think maybe mine is hitting the shift stops. Its annoying, i'll have to rip apart the console next weekend.

Mines on the bottom left, I set it as low as it could go b/c its more comfortable for me and I like how it looks sitting as low as it does

It was already on the car when I got it. I pulled it apart and pulled that ring off it that goes over the shifter. It is better now.

Someone created this, I found it quite useful for those contemplating which one to get and their actual throw

You probably just think its better.....All that ring does is prevent the shifter from ripping the boot....it doesn't bind anything up.

It is better. The noise I heard before I pulled it off was a clicking noise in second and fourth. I have not heard it since then. Maybe the lower handle was hitting the stop because that was also adjusted at the time. Maybe I will put it back on and try it again if I can find it. Thanks for telling me what that thing did because I had no idea.
