people with idling problems.....

ok guys, i figured out something and i thought i would share with you all that are having idling problems. everytime i would come to a stop, downshifting, my RPMs would drop really low and then shoot back up really high. it looked like a freakin seesaw. sometimes it would die. well, i replaced IAC, cleaned MAF, no fix. I decided to uninstall the predator tune(that came with tuner) out of my car. to my suprise, no more idling problems. i think something is wrong with that tune that comes with the predator. so, i just stuck with the stock tune and adjusted all the paramaters for what i needed (traction control disable and del rear 02s). anyways, thought i would let you guys know about that.

Then why am I having the problems if my car is ALL stock? No tune or anything, < 75K miles and 45K were driven by my mother, so you know she drove it right... I do too - mostly. You should know, you've driven it too!

some days it'll do it alot, and some very little - but always when it happens its right when the momentum of the car stops at a stop sign/light. I just don't get it, and I've checked for vaccuum leaks, replaced IAC and cleaned throttle body. I haven't touched the plenum yet though... no CEL or anything.
